The PP resin consumed in drawing products (plastic woven bags, tarpaulins, ropes, etc.) has always accounted for a very high proportion in China and is the largest market for polypropylene consumption in China. It is mainly used for the packaging of food, fertilizer and cement. In 2000, about 3.18 million tons of polypropylene was consumed in the production of flat yarns and woven fabrics, accounting for 51.5% of the total polypropylene consumption. In recent years, about 50% of domestic polypropylene consumption has been concentrated on woven products. In 2002, the output of chemical fertilizers, cement, and grain in China reached 0.37 billion tons, 730 million tons, and 457 million tons, respectively. In addition, the packaging of sugar, salt, and industrial products also requires a certain amount of polypropylene woven bags, so only the packaging of these products is required. Polypropylene will exceed 2 million tons, accounting for 51.5% of the domestic consumption of polypropylene, including 130,000 tons of heavy and flexible woven bags; 1996-2004 accounted for more than 60%, is the largest PP resin Consumer field. In recent years, due to the development of PP injection molding products and packaging films, the consumption structure of PP has been gradually changed, and the proportion used for drawing has declined. However, it is still the largest area of PP resin consumption. In 2003, the output of domestic drawing grade PP was about 2.6 million tons, accounting for 56.6% of the total consumption. In the future, drawing products will develop into large-scale and heavy-duty packaging bags, that is, to the direction of container bags, and on the other hand, they will develop into high-strength, anti-static, and anti-aging packaging bags.

In 2003, the output of China's woven bags alone reached 26.8 billion, with the exception of 1.3 billion exported, the rest were domestic consumption, and were mainly concentrated in the fields of cement, fertilizers, chemicals, food, feed, raw salt and so on. It is expected that by 2010, China's drawing production and domestic apparent consumption will continue to grow, but the growth rate will decline. It is estimated that the average annual growth rate in 2000-2005 will be 6-7%, and that in 2005-2010 will be 4-5%. In 2005, the production, export, and domestic apparent consumption of PP woven bags will reach 2.21 million tons, 150,000 tons and 2.06 million tons respectively, and in 2010 they will reach 2.69 million tons, 200,000 tons and 2.49 million tons respectively.

In addition, PP wire drawing products in the fields such as tarpaulin, ropes and other fields also grow faster. Most of the raw materials used for drawing are supplied by domestic production. The domestically produced PP can fully meet the needs of woven products. The main brands are F401 and 2401 of Mitsui & Co., and T30S of Hamont Technology is the leading product of Chinese PP production companies. And small body process PP powder and so on. Almost all polypropylene manufacturers in China can provide PP resin for woven bag production. Due to the insufficient self-sufficiency of domestic PP resin, China also imports part of PP drawing materials. The main imported brands are F601, F301, F401 from Japan, H436, H730F from South Korea, H03SG from India and 500P from Saudi Arabia. The use of imported raw materials for the production of plastic woven bags for domestic consumption is less, for more products exported. In addition, China (mainly Zhejiang, Shandong, and Jiangsu, etc.) has approximately 150,000 to 300,000 tons of recycled PP resin used for the production of drawing products each year, and the heavy use of recycled materials has led to a decline in the quality of PP drawing products. Due to the large number of domestic wire drawing products processing companies, there are large-scale modern enterprises, and there are also family workshops “underground” processing plants. The quality of products varies greatly, and the market is more confusing, bringing some negative impact on the PP market.

In the future, the demand for PP-drawn products will continue to be very large for a long period of time. On the one hand, industrial development will develop into large-scale and heavy-duty packaging bags, and on the other hand, it will develop in the direction of low-gram and small-sized bags. However, the proportion will continue to decline. Therefore, domestic PP production enterprises should strive to increase the output of special materials, and gradually reduce the proportion of drawing products to adapt to changes in market demand structure and achieve better results. Enterprises such as Shanghai Petrochemical, Qilu Petrochemical, and Yanhua have developed in this direction in the past two years and have achieved good results.

Pu Sole features: it looks smooth, the sole is very light, and the material is also environmentally friendly PU sole is characterized by the lightest and most wear-resistant, and the holes on the back of the sole are round. Of course, the price is also the most expensive. However, it should not be stained with water, which will cause chemical reaction and layer upon layer corrosion. It is also easy to break and turn yellow
