New products: Cartier's latest luxury watch series

Cartier's latest La Dona de Cartier watch series fully embodies the Cartier gene. The design of the entire series was inspired by the crocodile necklace created in 1975, in which the surface of the watch was presented in an asymmetrical trapezoidal shape and then matched with crocodile scales. Stretching out of the metal belt can fully highlight its unique personal style and feminine aspects.

This year, Cartier introduced the new La Dona de Cartier collection, which is crafted from 18K gold, white gold and rose gold, and has a luxurious version of diamonds.

The La Dona de Cartier watch series, which is derived from the crocodile pattern, first appeared, with an asymmetrical trapezoidal dial and a tightly-inverted half-moon gold refining belt, with a thick, rich and sparkling gorgeous texture with a simple and continuous stretch. The lines, regardless of the angle of cut in, contours with smooth, just soft lines into the field of vision.

Design inspiration: La Dona de Cartier watch design inspiration, derived from the famous Mexican actor Maria Felix and Cartier jewelry custom. The late Mexican actor, Maria Felix, visited Cartier Fine Jewelry in 1975 and brought a small crocodile. Maria Felix showed the clerk the uninvited guest who appeared with her and made her request. She hopes that Cartier will make a necklace for her like a crocodile. Cartier welcomes quirky and bizarre demands, and it is impossible to do everything. Therefore, after a few months, two crocodile-shaped jewellery necklaces have been completed and become a momentary episode. This jewellery with a classic story also created today's La Dona de Cartier watch by Cartier, which became an eternal modern version of this magical story.
