Yuhua Textile: Times Takeover

In 2012, the Hutubi County Government introduced Yuhua Textile Co., Ltd. from Henan through investment promotion, and the company acquired the original Tianshan Textile Group's new factory. The once-smashing Tianshan Textile Group became a past tense. After taking over, Yuhua Textile quickly launched a new project and seized the time to make technical changes.

Yuhua Textile is affiliated to Henan Xinye Textile Co., Ltd., one of the top 20 in the national textile industry. The preferential policies of the country and the autonomous region, as well as the superior location and resource advantages, attracted Xinye Textile to inject capital into Xinjiang. In 2014, Xinye Textile officially acquired Xinjiang Tianshan Textile Group to form Xinjiang Yuhua Textile Company.

Today, the scale of Yuhua textile production has grown from the initial 50 sets of 160,000 spindles to the current 80 sets of 400,000 spindles, solving the employment of more than 1,000 local people.

At the same time, the county also issued a special policy to support textile and garment enterprises to become bigger and stronger. Enterprises of clothing, home textiles and industrial textiles will receive a freight subsidy of 3% of the sales of Xinjiang products in the same period, and a subsidy of 0.03 yuan per kilowatt hour. On November 30, at the construction site of the Jingwei Textile Project of the County Textile Industry Park in Wugongtai Town, Hutubi County, the reporter saw that the two civil works of the main plant with a total capacity of 100,000 spindles have been completed, and the workers are taking time to carry out device installation. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 700 million yuan. The project will build 130,000 spindles of steam-spun spinning and 100,000 spindles of compact spinning. After the project is completed, it can produce 20,000 tons of steam-spun spinning and 14280 tons of compact spinning. 700 million yuan, a profit of 40 million yuan.

"According to the plan, 130,000 spindles of steam-spun spinning will be put into production at the end of this year, and 100,000 spindles of compact spinning will be put into production next April." At present, there are 33 ginning factories in the county, which can process 350,000 tons of lint per year. There are 13 textile and garment processing enterprises. The total design and production capacity is 430,000 spindles of cotton spinning, and the annual output of various types of knitted fabrics is 5,000 tons. The cloth is 30 million meters, and the annual processing of denim labor insurance clothing is 100,000 sets.

Driven by the “Belt and Road” strategy and Xinjiang's vigorous development of the textile and garment industry, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has entered a stage of rapid development, and the Hutubi County textile and garment industry giant is using this shareholder to sail again.
